Terms & ConditionsClient Agreement - All clients will be asked to sign a client contract and confidentiality agreement before the commencement of any work. Payment of Invoices - Invoices are sent out at the end of each month with a breakdown of expenditure. Payment is required within 14 days from the date of invoice. Confidentiality - AKK VPA takes confidentiality very seriously and will never disclose client information without the client’s consent. All work is treated in the strictest confidence. Documentation is only retained for as long as is necessary as per the Data Protection Act 1998. Assignments - All work completed will be delivered to the client by whatever media they choose i.e. email, fax, CD, courier or 1st class post. Errors and Corrections - AKK VPA will endeavour to ensure that all completed work is error free; however, the final proof-reading of all work is the responsibility of the client. Any errors must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the completed work.

About UsAKK VPA is run by Annette Kilbourn who has wide-ranging experience in telecoms gained from over 23 years in BT. Annette's last role in BT was as Senior Regulatory Compliance Training Manager, responsible for promoting proactive compliance training throughout BT. Annette held many other roles in her time in BT including other Managerial, PA / Office Manager positions and has experience in running busy modern offices for Board level and Senior Executives in other businesses. Annette is highly efficient and organised with an eye for detail and accuracy. She has a reputation for delivering quality/quantity to tight timescales and her friendly professional manner makes her a pleasure to work with. Annette is an active Networker and has numerous contacts in many disciplines across the country. Since staring AKK VPA in 2007, the company has worked for a variety of large and small companies.
